What are your hours?
Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Central Standard Time.
Most inquiries received during the normal business week will be addressed within 24 hours. E-mail and telephone inquiries received on Fridays after 4:30 p.m., over a weekend or during a holiday will typically be responded to within 24 hours of the return to standard business hours.
How do I order online?
Sign in to create an account or access your existing account if you’ve already set one up. Fill out the online billing and shipping information. We accept major credit cards or purchase orders. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.
How do I order by telephone?
Our customer service representatives are ready to assist with your order Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Central Standard Time. Have your credit card or purchase order number handy when calling. Orders under $100 must be prepaid with a check or credit card.

How do I order by fax?
Print out and complete the printable order form (PDF). Make sure you complete the "method of payment" section. Fax the completed order form to us and be sure to include your credit card information or purchase order number. Orders under $100 must be prepaid with a check or credit card. Fax to: 952-993-0501.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We advise you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you have received damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately at 1-888-637-2675. Please do not return merchandise without contacting us first for return authorization.
What are your payment options?
We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Orders under $100 must be prepaid with a check or credit card (make checks payable to IDC Publishing). Payment must be in United States dollars only. Minnesota residents pay 6.875 percent sales tax (additional MN local taxes may apply, based on city and county); provide tax exempt number when necessary.
What are your shipping options?
All orders are shipped by UPS Ground. Allow up to two weeks for delivery. Next-day and second-day delivery are available upon request, for an additional charge. Please call to arrange delivery of international orders. No P.O. boxes or APOs will be accepted for delivery; only street addresses are acceptable. All orders are F.O.B. destination.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico? What about Canada and other international destinations?
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada as well as other international destinations are not able to order online at this time. Please order via phone, fax or mail and contact customer service at 1-888-637-2675 or idccustsvc@parknicollet.com to arrange payment and delivery options. Additional charges will apply.
May I use a purchase order?
Yes. Enter your purchase order number as your form of payment along with billing and shipping information. Call toll-free at 1-888-637-2675 for more information about ordering with a purchase order.
How do I submit my Tax ID number so I don't have to pay Minnesota sales tax?
Minnesota residents must call us toll-free at 1-888-637-2675, so we can verify and enter your Tax ID number into our system. It cannot be added online. Once your ID number is in our system, sales tax will not be added to your order. Sales tax will not be charged to customers who reside in other states.
How do I get permission to reprint something from your publications?
International copyright law protects all IDC Publishing material. Photocopying or reprinting our material without permission is prohibited. If you'd like to request permission to use our material on a limited basis, please download the permission request, complete it and e-mail it back to idcpermissions@parknicollet.com.
