Prediabetes: The First Step
After many requests from health care professionals for a resource dealing with prediabetes, we developed Prediabetes: The First Step. This new addition to our Self-Care Series is perfect for patients newly diagnosed with prediabetes who need immediate education about what to do. It clearly explains how they can reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes through weight loss, physical activity and healthy eating. It focuses on key, need-to-know information using health literacy guidelines. Illustrations and interactive elements used throughout help to make it engaging for patients. Learn more
